Fruit in al haar hoedanigheden. Al jaren wordt gepropageerd twee stuks fruit te eten per dag. dat red ik nooit. Ik eet wel fruit maar op wisselende tijden. En graag onverwerkt. Vorige week las ik het verhaal dat geperste fruitsappen helemaal niet zo goed zijn voor de mens als we denken. Ja de vitamines zijn hetzelfde, maar de calorische waarde en vezelinhoud niet. De mens is namelijk het enige zoogdier dat vloeibaar blijft nuttigen na de speenperiode. Dank aan Micheal Pollan voor deze weetjes.<br \/>\nFruit kan dus het best in stukken worden gegeten. Wat vocht erbij kan geen kwaad. Dus maak ik voor het foodblogevent een tinto de verano, zonder zoete limonade zoals ze in Andalusi\u00eb doen, maar met bruisend bronwater en rood fruit.<\/p>\n<p>Nodig:<\/p>\n<p>1 fles jonge rode Spaanse wijn (tempranillo)<br \/>\n1\/2 fles bruisend bronwater<br \/>\nijsblokjes<br \/>\n200 g gehalveerde aardbeien<br \/>\n1 stuk watermeloen<br \/>\n100 g frambozen<br \/>\n100 blauwe bessen<br \/>\npaar takjes basilicum<br \/>\n1 el balsamico azijn<\/p>\n<p>Bereiding:<\/p>\n<p>Was de aardbeien, maak ze schoon en snijd in halven. Was de frambozen en blauwe bessen voorzichtig. Snijd de watermeloen in kleine blokjes. Kies bij voorkeur voor een pitloze. Doe alle fruit in een kom en schep de balsamico azijn erdoor. Laat kort trekken. Vul een kan met bronwater wijn en ijsklontjes. Voeg daar aan het fruit toe en roer.
