Ik schreef een recept op voor Proven\u00e7aalse vissoep, maar liet de rouille achterwege. Net als de rest van de garnituur, zoals zelfgemaakte knoflookcroutons en kaas voor in deze soep. Rust roest zullen we maar zeggen. Op deze zondag een receptje voor zelfgemaakte rouille, een emulsie van knoflook, hete peper, olie en oud brood. \u00a0Je kunt de rouille maken in een vijzel of op de makkelijke manier door de staafmixer te gebruiken.<\/p>\n<p>Nodig:<\/p>\n<p>2 Spaanse pepers<br \/>\n1\/2 rode paprika<br \/>\n2 sneden oud witbrood verkruimeld.<br \/>\nolijf olie<br \/>\n3 tenen knoflook<br \/>\n2 tl grof zeezout<br \/>\n3 el lauwe bouillon<\/p>\n<p>Bereiding:<\/p>\n<p>Snijd de pepers, paprika en knoflook fijn. Doe in een kom of in de vijzel. Maal de ingredi\u00ebnten heel fijn. Voeg het oude brood, zout en wat bouillon toe en maal verder. Giet nu beetje bij beetje de olijfolie toe, terwijl je verder maalt. ga door tot een mooie gladde pasta ontstaan is.
