Wat een feest toch elke keer weer zo aan het begin van de zomer. Het enthousiasme, waarmee iedereen zijn recept voor pastasalade deelt en dat al voor de vijfde keer! Deze reis gaat Gereons Keuken Thuis vloeken in de kerk, zowel in de Italiaanse als die van de stad Nice. Want pasta wordt nooit koud gegeten en in een salade Ni\u00e7oise gaat wel aardappel maar geen pasta. Ik maak deze keer een pastasalade \u00e0 la Ni\u00e7oise op mijn eigen wijze. En fotografeer deze creatie niet. Kan allemaal aanstoot geven, maar what the heck, het is maar \u00e9\u00e9n dag per jaar dag van de #pastasalade. Een daverend succes gedurende een beachdag in SeaSpot. In 2017 ging ik met de\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/gereonskeukenthuis.nl\/blog\/dag-van-de-pastasalade\/\">Franse slag<\/a>\u00a0te werk.\u00a0Het werd uiteindelijk een half warme pastasalade, van volkoren penne, sinaasappel, noten, een dressing van rode wijnazijn en notenolie en snel gegrilde eendenborst, op een bedje van veldsla,\u00a0sur un lit de m\u00e2che. Bart van Olphen zou blij zijn met zoveel vis uit blik gebruik! En&#8230; tatarata: voor de lustrumeditie dit jaar ga ik voor een pasta salade \u00e0 la Ni\u00e7oise. We drinken er koude ros\u00e9 bij, uit de VAR, heerlijk verkoelend als de temperaturen de 30+ aantikken.&nbsp;<strong>1 juli, dag van de pastasalade.&nbsp;<\/strong>Be a good sport en deel zoveel mogelijk de creaties van je collega foodbloggers op Facebook, Twitter en Instagram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nodig:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>300 g gekookte penne afgekoeld<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>250 gekookte sperziebonen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 rode ui in ringetjes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 tenen knoflook fijngehakt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 vastkokende aardappels gekookt en in blokjes (fac.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 blikje ansjovis<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 el kappertjes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 tenen knoflook fijngehakt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>citroensap<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>olijfolie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>zwarte peper<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>zout<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>gehakte peterselie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 hard gekookte eieren in kwarten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bereiding:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kook de penne al dente en laat deze afkoelen. Spoel goed af met koud water en zet even ter koeling in wat gezouten water. Kook de aardappels en eieren. Snijd de aardappels in blokjes en de w=eieren in kwarten. kook de sperziebonen in ruim kokend gezouten water. Laat de ansjovis uitlekken, net als de kappertjes op wat keukenpapier. Hak de tenen knoflook zeer fijn en rasp wat schil van de geboende citroen. hak wat peterselie fijn. Men alle ingredi\u00ebnten goed door elkaar in een schaal. Maak een dressing van peper, zout, olijfolie en citroensap. Meng de dressing door de pastasalade.
