Maar voor dat zover is nog een paar dagen recepten, boeken en events uit de Bel Paese, zoals het mooie boek PASTA, il primo piatto van Giovanni d&#8217;\u00c1pice en Marco Paone, de laatste bekend van het mooie tijdschrift\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/gereonskeukenthuis.nl\/blog\/1820-magazine-the-art-of-italian-gastronomy\/\">1820<\/a>, over Italiaanse gastronomie. Het boek Fermentino van Michela Pagnani en Daniela Ciccione over het maken van plantaardige kaas, een kunde, die steeds verder wordt ontwikkeld door beide dames. Dat kan zijn in de vorm van een restaurant review, een recept of leuke weetjes over de Bel Paese. Ik leerde Petra kennen tijdens \u00e9\u00e9n van de Italiaanse KvK evenementen, die ik regelmatig bezoek.
