In samenwerking met vishandel\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.janvanas.nl\/over-jan-van-as\/\">Jan van As<\/a>, die al 65 jaar gaat voor smaak en kwaliteit,\u00a0werden de ongeveer 800 gasten verwacht op de lawn aan het Amstelkanaal, waar het eerste vaatje Hollandse nieuwe ontvangen werd. En geopend. Dare alla luce, alsof het een boreling betrof. Om daarna te smikkelen en te smullen van deze heerlijke Hollandse delicatesse. De haringparty gasten zijn een mooie mix van zakenmensen, starlets, journalisten, mensen uit de reis- en hotelwereld, BN&#8217;ers en hoe kan het ook anders diva Marijke Helwegen. Het jaarlijkse feest, de haringparty, kon beginnen. Gekleed in Hollands kostuum werden de haringen rondgedeeld. Het zilte banket gleed aan de staart in menig keel of ging op de Amsterdamse manier met zuur en uitjes over de toog van de haringkar. De meisjes met smaak voorzagen de gasten van een bijpassend glaasje\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/bolscorenwyn.nl\/beleef-corenwyn\/\">Corenwijn van Bols<\/a>. Wat een fijn culinair erfgoed hebben wij toch in ons kikkerland. Veel bekende gezichten, funky muziek en gezelligheid onder de Amsterdamse zon. Goed gelaafd toog Gereons Keuken Thuis westwaarts na deze editie van de Hilton haringparty. Doe het zelfde met de gekookte aardappel. Haal het staartje van de haringen en snijd de vis in blokjes. Hak de augurkjes en bieslook fijn. Snipper de ui. Was de appel en snijd deze in dunne plakjes. Zorg ervoor dat je niet alles te fijn snijdt, vanwege de textuur van deze salade. Meng alle ingredi\u00ebnten in een kom door elkaar. Meng in een ander kommetje de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche en de mayonaise door elkaar. Verdun met een lepel water. Spatel dit mengsel door de salade.
