Van TLV tot aan BCN, er wordt wat af gekookt, gegeten en geschreven over de keukens rond de Middellandse Zee. Gereons Keuken en Route vertrekt vandaag uit het Midden Oosten, voor een kookparade van mezze\u00a0tot tapas. Natuurlijk niet live maar virtueel. En de lol is dat deze boeken allemaal in mijn kookboekenhoek prijken. Het enige, wat ik hoef te doen is een deel uit de kast grijpen. Dit voorjaar verscheen een ode,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/gereonskeukenthuis.nl\/blog\/koken-uit-tlv-met-jigal-krant\/\">TLV<\/a>, van Jigal Krant op deze stad en haar geweldige keuken. Zet de tafels buiten en vol mezze. Glas arak of kersenlimonade erbij en het een middag\/ avond lang chillen kan beginnen. Smaken die volkeren verbinden.<\/p>\n<p>Het wordt een mooie mediterrane zomer kan ik nu al zeggen met al deze kookboeken.
