Een bezoek hieraan begint voor Gereons Keuken Thuis een jaarlijkse traditie te worden. Het was alweer de negende editie en een inspiratievolle. Samen met honderdvijftig andere genodigden genieten van al het moois dat wordt aangeboden. Eten, drinken, restaurants en kookboeken. What&#8217;s new? En natuurlijk gezellig bijkletsen onder het genot van een bite &amp; drink. Om het maar een wat moderner te zeggen. Hun azijn varianten doen het naast in dressings ook goed in marinades.<\/p>\n<p>Het zout van de hand van auteur Antoinette Coops, dat ik al eens in de zomer van 2013 proefde, stond klaar bij de stand van NW Adam, ter ondersteuning van\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nieuwamsterdam.nl\/boeken\/mangiamo-antoinette-coops-9789046823606\">Mangiamo<\/a>, dat op 19 april a.s. verschijnt.<\/p>\n<p>Een meter verderop lag het mooie nieuwe boek van Giorgio Locatelli, Made at Home. Uitgave van\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fontaineuitgevers.nl\/wp\/\">Fontaine<\/a>. Binnenkort meer daarover op Gereons Keuken Thuis, na de lunch op 19 april a.s. Ik ben groot bewonderaar van zijn kunst- en eetreizen. East meets West, zoals de chefs Baris Budak en Ayt Erdogan\u00a0het zelf noemden. Van hun hand verschijnt binnenkort een prachtig boek vol sfeer uit Istanbul. Doen zou ik zeggen. Ik ben net zo enthousiast als Femke Pruijs. Ik proefde Limonade van de lieve mensen van\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/theholykauw.nl\/\">The Holy Kauw<\/a>.
