Filet am\u00e9ricain is gemalen biefstuk\u00a0die wordt aangemaakt. Vandaag ga ik twee tartaartjes maken als amuse. E\u00e9n van gemalen biefstuk en\u00a0een tartaar\u00a0van gerookte kipfilet. Je kunt met dit soort amuses eindeloos vari\u00ebren. En deze hapjes vormen een feestelijke opmaat voor wat verder ter tafel komt. Een mooi koele Beaujolais Villages onderstreept deze\u00a0hapjes.<\/p>\n<p>Nodig voor 12 stuks:<\/p>\n<p>150 gemalen biefstuk of magere tartaar<br \/>\n1 tl sojasaus<br \/>\n1\/2 tl worcestersaus<br \/>\n1\/2 el olijfolie<br \/>\n1\/2 sjalotje<br \/>\n1 lenteuitje<br \/>\n1\/2 teen knoflook.<br \/>\ngehakte peterselie en bieslook<br \/>\nzout, peper<\/p>\n<p>Bereiding:<\/p>\n<p>Meng alle ingredi\u00ebnten goed door elkaar. Maak er kleine balletjes van en rol deze door de gehakte kruiden. Serveer op een amuselepel.<\/p>\n<p>Nodig voor 12 stuks:<\/p>\n<p>150 g gerookte kipfilet, zeer fijngehakt.<br \/>\n1 el pijnboompitten<br \/>\n3 el rode vruchten (diepvries in winter)<br \/>\n1 tl sherryazijn<br \/>\n1 tl hazelnootolie<br \/>\n2 el gehakte koriander<br \/>\nzout, peper<\/p>\n<p>Bereiding:<\/p>\n<p>Rooster de pijnboompitten en maal ze fijn. Meng alle ingredi\u00ebnten en verdeel deze tartaar over kleine amuseglaasjes.<\/p>\n<p>Serveer beide hapjes op een bordje.<\/p>\n<p>Inzenden voor de actie &#8220;<strong>&#8216;u vraagt, wij draaien<\/strong>&#8221; kan de hele week nog.
