De twaalfde editie van de jaarlijkse Culiperslunch, een event voor allerlei foodpluimage, waar merken, uitgevers en koks hun kunsten en producten tonen. E\u00e9n  groot feest en dit jaar te meer, omdat we na een lange Covid-19 periode eindelijk eens live weer konden proeven van al het lekkers en bijkletsen met alle culi-collegae. rijst.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Bloggers, journalisten, influencers en overig gespuis, die zich te goed deden aan al het fijns dat er op de kookeilanden en op het foodplaza was te vinden. Gereons Keuken Thuis startte bij Jean Beddington, die voor Gro Together heerlijke mushroom-producten van een fijn sausje en styling voorzag. Dat is haar wel toevertrouwd, deze grande dame. HEMA heeft een nieuwe boreling, de mini rookworst. Die zal het goed gaan doen op borrelplanken.&nbsp;De vegan rookworst miste wat mij betreft wat structuur en een knak. Smullen maar. Kijk ook eens naar de nieuwe zender NJAM tv, waar zij aanstonds haar kunsten gaat vertonen. Pascal Jalhay verkeerde in rijstsferen, duurzame rijst wel te verstaan. Want dat kan beter. Wereldwijd is rijstteelt verantwoordelijk voor veel vervuiling en CO2 uitstoot. En dat in een groeiende markt. Gereons Keuken Thuis bladerde door de nieuwe Ottolenghi bij Fontaine, zag warme dranken voor de winter bij GoodCook en ontving van Carrera het nieuwe boek van Alain Caron, die er direct iets voor mij inkrabbelde.
