Voor op de BBQ, of in de grillpan. Of om te paneren op \u00e9\u00e9n van de hierboven beschreven methodes, daar wil ik vanaf zijn. Vandaag chuletas, karbonaadjes a la Madrile\u00f1a. Ik meng door de bloem een flinke snuif piment\u00f3n de la Vera, lekker pittig en rokerig. Serveer de chuletas met een witte bonen- en tomatensalade. We drinken er een jong rood uit Valdepe\u00f1as bij.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 525px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-3808-1\" width=\"525\" height=\"933\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"http:\/\/gereonskeukenthuis.nl\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/20377252_1825369084170447_1798029823008833536_n.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"http:\/\/gereonskeukenthuis.nl\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/20377252_1825369084170447_1798029823008833536_n.mp4\">http:\/\/gereonskeukenthuis.nl\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/20377252_1825369084170447_1798029823008833536_n.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<p>Nodig:<\/p>\n<p>4 ribkarbonades<span class=\"text_exposed_show\"><br \/>\n1 ei<br \/>\n2 el bloem<br \/>\n2 tl piment\u00f3n de la Vera<br \/>\nzout en peper<br \/>\npaneermeel<br \/>\nolie<br \/>\ngehakte peterselie<br \/>\n3 tenen knoflook<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p>Bereiding:<\/p>\n<p>Meng 2 eetlepels bloem, 1 theelepel pimenton peper en zout op een bord door elkaar en haal de karbonades erdoor. Klop het ei los en haal het vlees erdoor. Paneer de chuletas. Verhit olie in een pan en bak de karbonades om en om aan. Hak de peterselie fijn en de knoflooktenen in stukjes. Haal het vlees uit de pan en giet de overtollige olie weg. Fruit kort een theelepel piment\u00f3n de la Vera, peterselie en knoflook aan en garneer de karbonaadjes hiermee.
