Vies werkje om ze te doppen. Zwarte handen. Maar dan word je wel beloond. Ik maak er een lente pastagerecht mee. Simpel en easy voor de zaterdag trek. Spaghetti, tuinbonen en een flinke scheut groene olijfolie. Parmezaan erover. Dat zou je zowaar een pasta Bramasole kunnen noemen, van bramare,<i>verlangen naar<\/i>\u00a0en sole,\u00a0<i>zon.\u00a0<\/i>Deze dichterlijkheid is niet van mij, maar van de Amerikaanse schrijfster Frances Mayes. Ook haar groene olijfolie draagt deze naam. Frances en haar man Ed plukken zelf de vruchten van de bomen boven Bramasole, die deze helgroene vloeistof voortbrengen. Hoe het ook zij, je hebt in ieder geval zon op je bord. We drinken er een witte wijn uit Montefiascone bij, maar dat verhaal volgt nog een keer.<\/p>\n<p>Nodig 4 personen:<\/p>\n<p>350 g gedopte tuinbonen<br \/>\n400 g \u00a0spaghetti<br \/>\nolijfolie EV<br \/>\n2 tenen knoflook<br \/>\npeper en zout<br \/>\nlente ui in ringetjes<br \/>\ngehakte peterselie<br \/>\nParmezaanse kaas<\/p>\n<p>Bereiding:<\/p>\n<p>Kook de tuinbonen beetgaar. Laat ze afkoelen en haal het velletje eraf. Zet apart. Kook de spaghetti volgens de aanwijzingen op het pak. Fruit de gehakte knoflooktenen en de lente ui aan in wat olijfolie. Voeg de spaghetti en bonen toe. Maak op smaak met peper en zout.
