Dat is niet mijn opzet, maar ik ben nu eenmaal niet zo&#8217;n een toetjes man. Je zult dan ook niet zo snel desserts in mijn ijskast vinden. Fruit en kaas wel, maar zoete desserts daar zit een manco. \u00a0Ik eet zoete dingen op andere momenten van de dag. Het dagelijkse taartje als ik in de Bourgogne ben. Zoete jam van mijn buurvrouw op croissants als ontbijt. Tijd dus om eens wat te experimenteren. Onlangs was ik in Deventer, Hanzestad aan de IJssel. Maar ook stad van Deventer koek. Die nam ik mee naar huis en verhip ik kreeg een idee voor een nagerecht. Het is een glaasje met koek, peer, gember en mascarpone. Lekker stevige smaken, zonder suiker. Het zoet komt van het fruit en de wijn. het frisse van de mascarpone. De koek week ik in een Portugese Moscatel de Setubal. Een glaasje daarvan bij dit nagerecht is ook lekker.<\/p>\n<p>Nodig 4 personen:<\/p>\n<p>2 peren<br \/>\n4 plakken Deventer koek<br \/>\n4 bolletjes stemgember<br \/>\n1 glas moscatel wijn<br \/>\n250 gram mascarpone<br \/>\nhoning<\/p>\n<p>Bereiding:<\/p>\n<p>Verkruimel de koek en week deze in de moscatel. Schil de peren en snijd ze in kleine stukjes. Hak de gember fijn en meng deze met de peren. Bewaar wat peer en gember om te garneren Voeg hier wat honing aan toe. Vul de glazen met een laagje koek daarop de peren en gember. Giet er wat moscatel op. Klop de mascarpone los. Maak de glazen af met de mascarpone. Garneer met stukje peer en gember. Ik voeg nooit suiker toe aan de mascarpone.
