Toegegeven het is geen Weber of ander high tech barbecue gebeuren, maar het is buiten en werkt ook op deze manier.\u00a0Nog even genieten in de september zon van Griekse keftedakia. De wijn erbij een kruidige Corbieres.<\/p>\n<p>Nodig voor 4 personen:<\/p>\n<p>500 g lamsgehakt<br \/>\n1\u00a0ui gepeld en gesnipperd<br \/>\n2 aubergines<br \/>\n2 citroenen<br \/>\n4 knoflooktenen<br \/>\n5\u00a0takjes rozemarijn<br \/>\n5\u00a0takjes platte peterselie<br \/>\n1\/2 tl paprikapoeder<br \/>\n1\/2 tl komijnpoeder<br \/>\n1\/2 tl gemberpoeder<br \/>\n5 el olijf olie<br \/>\nzout, peper<br \/>\nsat\u00e9 prikkers<\/p>\n<p>Bereiding:<\/p>\n<p>Week de sat\u00e9 prikkers in water. Rits de blaadjes van de\u00a0rozemarijn en peterselie. Hak\u00a0deze kruiden fijn. Bewaar wat kruiden voor garnering.\u00a0Hak 2 tenen knoflook en een ui fijn. Meng\u00a0in een grote kom\u00a0het gehakt, de ui, de knoflook, de groene kruiden en de specerijen (komijn, gember en paprika) met een eetlepel olie goed door elkaar. Voeg ook wat peper en zout toe. Kneed het mengel om de sat\u00e9 prikkers, twee per persoon. Laat wat ruimte over om op de grill te kunnen draaien.<\/p>\n<p>Pel en kneus de andere twee knoflooktenen. Meng deze met 4 el olie. was de aubergines en snijd deze in lange plakken. Bestrijk de plakken licht voor het grillen met de knoflook olie.<\/p>\n<p>Steek de grill aan of je houtskoolbarbecue. Grill eerst de plakken aubergine 10 minuten per kant. Houd daarna lauwwarm onder aluminiumfolie. Daarna gaan de stokjes met de keftedakia op de grill. Totale baktijd is 12 minuten. Keer ze om tussendoor.<\/p>\n<p>Serveer de stokjes met de aubergine op een mooie schaal.
