De maand mei verblijdt ons nog niet met zonnige dagen. Jammer, want Gereons Keuken Thuis popelt om het buitengebeuren op te starten. De grill en het kookplaatje kijken al wekenlang werkeloos toe naar het grauwe zwerk. Maar deze week ga ik los op mijn Amsterdamse balkon. Het al fresco seizoen begint en dat betekent buiten grillen, koken en roken. En iets nieuws, dat ik gisteren beleefde, een heuse Seafood Boil, overgewaaid uit Louisiana. Zomerse kookboeken\u00a0lezen en bespreken. Buiten borrelen, een stevige Trappist. een glaasje ouzo of een frisse ros\u00e9 in je glas. Wat knabbels erbij en ik ben een tevreden man op mijn begroeide balkon. Dan kan de grill aan. Burgers erop, <a href=\"http:\/\/gereonskeukenthuis.nl\/blog\/witlofsalade-voor-bij-de-bbq\/\">witlofsalade<\/a>\u00a0erbij. Spicy kipdijen met ras al hanout. gegrilde puntpaprika&#8217;s en taztziki. Of sateetjes met verse kimchi. Keus te over. Gaan we voor Griekse lams\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/gereonskeukenthuis.nl\/blog\/lams-keftedakia-met-rozemarijn\/\">keftedakia<\/a>\u00a0of voor gegrild geitenvlees, zoals staat in het kookboek\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/gereonskeukenthuis.nl\/blog\/souq-tafels-mezze\/\">Souq<\/a>?\u00a0 Of gewoon een easy salade met vers geplukte eigen teelt ingredi\u00ebnten\/? Al fresco vibes! \u00a0Buiten eten, ik hoop dat het nog lang en veel kan deze zomer. En om het geheel nu helemaal feestelijk te maken ben ik benieuwd naar jullie &#8220;buitenkook en -eet&#8221; avonturen en recepten. Doe eens gek!
