Dat is al weer een tijdje geleden. Het is lente, een mooie tijd voor een hernieuwde kennismaking. Koken van pagina 53. Is het Berlijn of Washington DC geworden?<\/p>\n<p>Bladzijde 53 gaat over Berlijn en over de moestuin van Petra in deze stad. Niet een instant succes, die moestuin. Maar niet getreurd, Petra wordt blij van concepten als de Prinzessinengarten in Kreuzberg. Een collectief stuk grond, waarop je heerlijk kunt stadstuinieren. Niemand heeft zijn eigen stukje, je doet het samen. Achterin, ook een leuk weetje, zit het Gartencaf\u00e9 voor een eenvoudige lunch. Met groenten uit deze tuin en Berlijnse streekproducten. Herrlich!<\/p>\n<p>Petra beschrijft op pagina 53 een salade, die zij vaak in het naseizoen maakt. Een bonensalade van cannellini, borlotti &amp; sardientjes. Met deze keer blikken uit de voorraadkast. Een glas witte Soave erbij en je waant je in de lenteachtige Prinzessinengarten. (alleen die naam al). Koken van pagina 53, Kitchen Table galore.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredi\u00ebnten:<\/p>\n<p>1 el olijolie<\/p>\n<p>2-3 bospeentjes in plakjes<\/p>\n<p>1 gele paprika, zaadjes verwijderd en in blokjes<\/p>\n<p>1 ui gesnipperd<\/p>\n<p>1 teen knoflook fijngehakt<\/p>\n<p>ca. 6 zongedroogde tomaten in olie, in stukjes<\/p>\n<p>1 el kappertjes (potje) uitgelekt<\/p>\n<p>een kleine handvol olijven zonder pit<\/p>\n<p>1 blik borlottibonen (400 g), afgespoeld en uitgelekt.<\/p>\n<p>1 blik cannellinibonen (400 g), afgespoeld en uitgelekt<\/p>\n<p>een scheutje rode-wijnazijn<\/p>\n<p>1 blikje sardientjes, uitgelekt en graatjes verwijderd<\/p>\n<p>een handvol verse tuinkruiden, fijngehakt<\/p>\n<p>Bereiding:<\/p>\n<p>Verwarm de olijfolie in een grote (koeken)pan. Voeg bospeentjes, paprika, ui en knoflook toe en bak 2-3 minuten op matig vuur. Stoof afgedekt 3-4 minuten tot de groenten enigszins zacht zijn.<\/p>\n<p>Voeg tomaatjes, kappertjes en olijven toe en stoof kort mee. Schep de groenten in een schaal en meng er de bonen door. Voeg wat azijn toe en breng op smaak met wat zout en peper. Verdeel over vier borden. Leg op elk bord een paar sardientjes.
