Zo doe ik het tegenwoordig meestal. #easy In de ochtend gooi ik de ribben zonder toevoegingen in de oven. En &#8217;s middags maak ik dan een marinade. Hoef je de ribbetjes er alleen nog maar een half uur of langer vlak voor het avondeten de oven in te schuiven. Ik vind dit een heel makkelijk recept. Biertje erbij, een IPA. Giet het overtollige vet en vocht af en laat afkoelen. Maak een marinade van alle ingredienten hierboven en smeer de ribbetjes ermee in. Zet de oven op 180 graden en bak het vlees in een half uur of langer af. Lak ze af en toe bij met een kwastje. Als je de oven lager zet kun je ze langer doorgaren. Serveer de ribbetjes met frisse Bombay curry spice limoenrijst.
