Een vaal ochtendzonnetje piept boven de duinen uit en schrijnt zwakjes op de keukentafel \u00a0in <span id=\":di.1\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">Gereons<\/span> <span id=\":di.2\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">SeaSpot<\/span>. Beker koffie, met stoere mannen van de zee erop, ooit gekregen van het Nederland Visbureau, bij de hand. Het is heerlijk wakker worden. Een beetje de <span id=\":di.3\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">social<\/span> media afschuimen. Bedenken wat ik in mijn #winterparade van komende week ga stoppen? In ieder geval Boomsma <span id=\":di.4\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">Beerenburger<\/span> recepten (want het wordt weer koud), brood van het <span id=\":di.5\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">Vlaamsch<\/span> <span id=\":di.6\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">Broodhuys<\/span>, dat 20 jaar bestaat en de dingen, die mijn lezers opsturen. Zaterdag aan zee, voor mij een moment om te reflecteren, een flukse strandwandeling te maken en wie weet in de middag nog wat vis te scoren bij Nico Waasdorp in IJmuiden.Wordt het makreel of schollen? Of allebei? \u00a0De dag ligt nog voor me. Nader bericht over wat het is geworden volgt.<\/p>\n<p>Maar eerst eens ontbijten dadelijk, een kom havermout, met wat <span id=\":di.7\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">goijibessen<\/span>. Om de dag te beginnen. Dit zal veel van mijn lezers verbazen. <span id=\":di.8\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">Huh<\/span>, <span id=\":di.9\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">Gereons<\/span> Keuken Thuis was toch niet zo van de <span id=\":di.10\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">superfoods<\/span>? Inderdaad, ik vind <span id=\":di.11\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">gojibessen<\/span> gewoon lekker. Pittig zal ik maar zeggen. Een fijne start van de dag en het schijnt als man ook nog goed voor je te zijn ook. (las ik ergens) \u00a0Maar dat terzijde.<\/p>\n<p>Zaterdag aan zee. De hele dag ligt nog voor me en ik kan me nu al verkneukelen over de dis van vanavond,. Schollen, druipend van de boter zo uit de pan, met <span id=\":di.12\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">persillade<\/span> erbij. Verhit de boter in een grote pan en bak de schollen om en om. Schollen met vel zijn in 10 minuten klaar. Zet apart en houd warm. Doe een extra klont boter in de pan en voeg de knoflook en peterselie toe.
