Wijnen te kust en te keur, rood, wit, ros\u00e9 en bubbels.<br \/>\nOnderdeel van deze leerzame middag was de masterclass mil\u00e9simes van Vinoniek Niek Beute. In 45 minuten durende trip nam hij de toehoorders mee op een rondje zeshoek. Aan de ha<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">nd van verschillende jaargangen. vergelijken dus. De tocht startte in de Elzas met rieslings uit 2015, het warmste jaar en 2016, het meest wispelturige jaar, qua klimaat dan. Dat is te merken! De 2015 toonde zich met het volle fruit, een perig zoetje een tegenhanger van de nieuweling uit 2016. Verder met de pinot gris van hetzelfde huis, dat fris tegenover fruitiger zette. Zo zie dat elk jaar een ander drinkmoment heeft. De pinot gris deed mij een beetje aan malvoisie denken.<br \/>\nOp naar de Bourgogne, een streek die heeft geleden onder vorst en hagel. Maar niet getreurd het gaat erom wat je er nog wel van kon maken, aldus Beute. We proefden een witte pinot noir uit de buurt van Beaune, een soort basis witte wijn voor cr\u00e9mant. Dampend zo voegde Niek eraan toe.<br \/>\nVouvray, sec, demi sec en moelleux volgden. Eind april sloeg ook in de Loire de vorst toe. Gelukkig maakte de zomer alles goed.<br \/>\nOp naar het zonnige zuiden, de Provence, met een alcoholrijke ros\u00e9, die door de hete zomer alleen geperst was, niet gemacereerd. Bleekrose, beetje kattenpisluchtje. Maar dat komt goed.<br \/>\nRood uit Saint Emilion uit 2014, het jaar zonder echte zomer, 2015 heel klassiek met een warme zomer en 2016 met weinig regen in het voorjaar en een veelbelovende nazomer. wat leidt dat tot smaakverschillen.<br \/>\nOp naar de Languedoc, de Cr\u00eates de Montpellier met een match tussen 2012 en 2016. Een wijn bestaande uit 85% syrah, 12 % grenache en de rest mourv\u00e8dre. 1 jaar op staal, 1 jaar op hout en 1 jaar rijping op fles. Stevig rood, de 2012 iets te houterig, maar dat was een overgangsjaar naar macrobiotiek. 2016 is veelbelovend. Houd het in de gaten aldus Niek Beute.
