Nee, wees eigenzinnig! Want dit bier rust twee weken in warme kelders en 6 weken in koude. Het is herfst, tijd voor Brabantse stoof van reevlees met Duvel. Geduld is een schone zaak. Maar dan heb je ook wat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nodig:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1,5 kg uitgebeend en in blokjes gesneden reevlees<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 grote witte ui<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 middelgrote winterpeen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 teen knoflook<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>250 gram witte champignons<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 sneetjes peperkoek besmeerd met Dijon mosterd<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 kruidnagels<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 tl gedroogde tijm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>wat jeneverbessen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>flesje Duvel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bereiding:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De ui en de wortel in ringen snijden, de champignons grof snijden, de knoflook persen. Flesje Duvel op een middel laag vuur warm laten worden. De blokjes reevleess aanbraden in boter, aan het eind bestuiven met een beetje bloem en door elkaar&nbsp;roeren tot ook de bloem bruin is.Ondertussen de uien, wortel en knoflook op een laag vuur ongeveer 8 minuten laten stoven tot de uien glazig zijn. Het vlees en de groenten samen met het bier voegen. Het vlees moet onder staan. De specerijen en tijm erbij. Ongeveer twee uur laten pruttelen, let op dat het vlees niet uit elkaar valt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De champignons voorzichtig aanbakken, niet te lang. Het laatste kwartier, twee\/ drie sneetjes peperkoek met mosterd mee laten sudderen. Als laatste de gebakken champignons 5 minuutjes mee laten sudderen.
