Er zijn eindeloos veel combinaties te bedenken, waar vlees een verbinding aangaat met iets uit zee. In de traditionele <span id=\":14.3\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">paella<\/span> wordt vaak gebruik gemaakt van kip of konijn in combinatie met garnalen en zeevruchten.<\/p>\n<p>Een bekend recept uit Cataloni\u00eb is kip en gamba&#8217;s in de traditionele amandelsaus, <span id=\":14.4\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">picada<\/span> geheten. Een mengsel van gebakken amandelen, knoflook en broodkruim. die samen met een flinke stoot kippenbouillon een krachtige saus vormen. Heerlijk <span id=\":14.5\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">Sea<\/span> Spot <span id=\":14.6\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">food<\/span> dus voor op zonnige dagen. Een echt al fresco gerecht dat makkelijk met bescheiden middelen buiten te maken is. <span id=\":14.7\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">Gereons<\/span> Keuken Thuis kiest vandaag voor een variatie van spiesjes met garnalen en kipdijfilet, geroosterde paprika en een salsa van amandelschaafsel, broodkruim, knoflook en olie. We bestrooien het geheel met gehakte peterselie. Surf &amp; Turf. We drinken er een witte koele<a href=\"http:\/\/www.torres.es\/en\/wines\/vi%C3%B1a-sol\"> <span id=\":14.8\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">Vi\u00f1a<\/span> Sol<\/a> van Torres bij. een witte wijn die gekoeld je glas met mediterrane zonneschijn vult.<\/p>\n<p>Nodig:<\/p>\n<p>500 g kipdijfilet<\/p>\n<p>500 gepelde tijgergarnalen<\/p>\n<p>2 rode paprika&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>zout en peper<\/p>\n<p>1 tl <span id=\":14.9\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">piment\u00f3n<\/span> de la Vera.<\/p>\n<p>100 g amandelschaafsel<\/p>\n<p>1 snee oud brood<\/p>\n<p>4 tenen knoflook<\/p>\n<p>1 dl extra <span id=\":14.10\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">vi\u00e8rge<\/span> olijfolie<\/p>\n<p>sap van halve citroen<\/p>\n<p>gehakte platte peterselie<\/p>\n<p><span id=\":14.11\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">sat\u00e9prikkers<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Bereiding:<\/p>\n<p>Leg de <span id=\":14.12\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">sat\u00e9prikkers<\/span> in koud water. Dit om verbranden te voorkomen. Snijd de kipdijfilet in blokjes (niet te klein) en bestrooi deze met wat zout, peper en <span id=\":14.13\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">piment\u00f3n<\/span>. Maak de tijgergarnalen schoon en verwijder het darmkanaaltje. Rijg om en om de kip aan de spiesjes. Snijd de rode paprika&#8217;s in brede repen. Rooster de spiesjes en paprika&#8217;s gaar op grill of barbecue.\u00a0Rooster het amandelschaafsel kort in een droge pan. Let op dit gaat heel snel. Snijd de korst van de snee oud brood af en doe deze in een hoge smalle kom of beker met iets water. Voeg de gepelde knoflook, citroensap, een snufje zout, geroosterde amandelen en de olijfolie toe. Haal in \u00e9\u00e9n beweging de staafmixer erdoor.
