Meteen moest ik denken aan het gesprek dat ik had met hem in de serie\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/gereonskeukenthuis.nl\/blog\/142\/\">Talk and Table<\/a>\u00a0op dit blog. Zijn beloningsrecept werd een tagliatelle met allerlei verzameld eten uit de natuur. Nu begrijpen jullie waarom ik op deze maandag zo blij ben. Kan gewoon niet wachten het te lezen. Maar Jeffrey en ik deelden andere dingen voor een artikel over oesters zocht hij mij in 2013 op. Hij wilde alles weten over de betekenis van de oester in de 17e eeuwse schilderkunst en deed onderzoek in het Rijksmuseum. Meteen uit het vuistje met een glaasje Priorat Cava zoals gisteren op een feestje in het\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.grachtenatelier.nl\/\">Grachtenatelier<\/a>\u00a0of gegratineerd. Wat is seafood toch lekker. Je proeft de zee. Ik kwam meteen weer terug bij het recept voor oesters zoals staat in \u00a0Gereons Keuken Thuis, mijn kook- en leesboek. Snijd het Spaanse pepertje in hele kleine stukjes. Meng de peterselie, Spaanse peper en sjalot door de boter. Voeg weinig peper en zout toe. Leg de oesters op een met aluminium folie bedekte bakplaat. Verwarm de oven op 180 graden en zet de plaat erin. Haal de oesters eruit als ze open zijn en haal de bovenste schelp eraf. Kijk hierbij uit dat je jezelf niet brandt !!<br \/>\nVul de schelpen met het botermengsel en strooi er wat paneermeel over. Zet hierna nog enkele minuten onder hete grill.
