Buiten worden de dagen al snel korter. Tijd voor een vegetarische wijnwandeling, die ik samen met vega kok in spe Sofoula Schalkwijk organiseerde in Gereons SeaSpot. (Mendoza)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/etenuitdevolkstuin.nl\/\">Marleen van Es<\/a>\u00a0maakte een hoemmoes van borlottibonen met platbrood. Een gerechtje voor bij de mollige en toch frisse chardonnay van <a href=\"http:\/\/barefootwine.com\/\">Barefoot<\/a>, die sinds dit najaar in Nederland verkrijgbaar is. gekomen. Witte wijn voor het najaar. In een andere blogpost vertelde ik al eens, dat <a href=\"http:\/\/gereonskeukenthuis.nl\/blog\/merlot-van-barefoot\/\">Barefoot<\/a>\u00a0gaat voor schone stranden. Lekker met je blote voeten op een schoon strand of in de Bloemendaalse branding. Een spannende combi met de aardse tonen van de sp\u00e4tburgunder.<\/p>\n<p>Hierna kwamen de linzenburgers, voor bij de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.larizoliere.com\/dewijnen.html\">Juli\u00e9nas<\/a> van Marieke en Didier Canard van domaine la Rizoli\u00e8re in Vauxrenard. Doe het in een kom en zet apart.<\/p>\n<p>Spoel de linzen af in een zeef, hak de peterselie, verkruimel de feta en doe het allemaal bij het aardappelmengsel. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.<\/p>\n<p>Meng in een kom het zelfrijzend bakmeel met de eieren en doe bij het aardappelmengsel.<\/p>\n<p>Zet drie koekenpannen op het vuur, doe er wat olie in. Schep met een eetlepel vier hoopjes van het mengsel in de pan en bak een paar minuten aan beide kanten knapperig en leg op een broodje met een slablaadje en een dot yoghurt erbij.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Garden rolls<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ingredi\u00ebnten:<\/p>\n<p>rijstvellen<\/p>\n<p>1 winterpeen<\/p>\n<p>1 komkommer<\/p>\n<p>1 bosui<\/p>\n<p>1 pakje gerookte tofoe<\/p>\n<p>2 eieren<\/p>\n<p>wat rijstvermicelli<\/p>\n<p>Kikkoman sojasaus als dip<\/p>\n<p>Bereiding:<\/p>\n<p>Snijd komkommer, bosui en wortel in gelijke stukken en dan in dunne reepjes<\/p>\n<p>Kluts de eieren en bak er omeletjes van. Snijd die in reepjes.<\/p>\n<p>Snijd gerookte tofoe in reepjes.<\/p>\n<p>Laat de rijstvermicelli 3 minuten wellen in een kom met kokend water<\/p>\n<p>Dompel de rijstvellen een voor een in een diep bord met warm water. Laat ze uitlekken op een schone theedoek en leg er van alles een beetje op.
