Ik pak het leuke boek van Nina Parker, Saint <span id=\":14.1\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">Tropez<\/span> uit <span id=\":14.2\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">Gereons<\/span> kookboekenhoek. Garant voor wat extra zomerse inspiratie. Het \u00a0bladeren in dit boek blijft altijd een korte vakantie. Nina neemt je mee naar leuke plekken in de streek, naar leuke adresjes. Er is altijd veel te ontdekken. Maar nu doe ik dat liever met dit boek, i.p.v \u00a0aanschuiven op de D98 tussen <span id=\":14.8\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">Grimaud<\/span> en Saint <span id=\":14.9\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">Tropez<\/span>. Of stilstaan met alle anderen in de file naar het strand van <span id=\":14.10\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">Pampelonne<\/span>. \u00a0Geef mij met deze temperaturen maar Zandvoort.(voor de gelegenheid maar Zand Tropez gedoopt) Zo vanuit <span id=\":14.11\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">Gereons<\/span> <span id=\":14.12\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">Seaspot<\/span> het strand op. Genieten van de Noordzee. Een koffie bij George 5, Mer du Nord. Saint <span id=\":14.13\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">Tropez<\/span> kan wel weer in een ander seizoen. Neemt niet weg dat je wel een zuidelijk gerecht kunt maken. Wat te eten al fresco? \u00a0Gegrilde lamskoteletten. Sissend op de grill of barbecue met Proven\u00e7aalse kruiden zo van het balkon geplukt. Een lekkere gepofte aardappel met wat zure room erbij. En een glas rode <span id=\":14.14\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">C\u00f4tes<\/span> de Provence. Instant zomer terwijl je naar het blauwe zwerk boven de zee kijkt.<\/p>\n<p>Nodig:<\/p>\n<p>8 lamskoteletten<\/p>\n<p>4 el olijfolie<\/p>\n<p>peper en zout<\/p>\n<p>2 el vers gehakte Proven\u00e7aalse kruiden (tijm, oregano, rozemarijn en marjolein)<\/p>\n<p>2 tenen knoflook<\/p>\n<p>Bereiding:<\/p>\n<p>Hak de verse kruiden fijn. Pers de knoflooktenen uit. Men kruiden en knoflook door olijfolie. Bestrooi de lamskoteletten met wat zout en peper. Bestrijk hierna de lamskoteletten met de kruiden olie en leg ze op de barbecue of grill. Grill het vlees ongeveer 4 \u00e0 5 minuten per kant. bestrijk tussen door nog met wat olie.
