Nu eens een keer met zuurdesem Kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d van <span id=\":11.1\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">WASA<\/span> \u00ae, dat ik aantrof in de <b>#<span id=\":11.2\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">foodybox<\/span><\/b> van De Kroon op het werk. Een gezellige lentebox vol producten. Kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d, wie is er niet groot mee geworden? In ieder geval mijn drie sprookjes figuren. <span id=\":11.3\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">Brodg\u00f8de<\/span>, <span id=\":11.4\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">Kn\u00f8bbig<\/span> en Pelle uit het hoge Noorden wel.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/gereonsverhalen.blogspot.nl\/\">http:\/\/<span id=\":11.5\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">gereonsverhalen<\/span>.<span id=\":11.6\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">blogspot<\/span>.<span id=\":11.7\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">nl<\/span>\/<\/a>\u00a0Kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d betekent letterlijk breekbrood. het is een oud Scandinavisch product, dat al vanaf de jaren vijftig furore maakt in Nederland. Het bevat weinig water, waardoor het lang houdbaar is. Niet zo vreemd als je bedenkt dat er boven de Poolcirkel niets groeit en bloeit gedurende een lange tijd van het jaar.<\/p>\n<p>Met kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d kun je veel kanten op. Ik ontbijt meestal met dit product. Het is licht en vol vezels. met een plak Goudse kaas, jam of plakjes banaan.<\/p>\n<p>Maar zoals gezegd wil ik het vandaag over andere toepassingen hebben. \u00a0ik ga assembleren. Kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d als borrelhapje of uitgebreider als <span id=\":11.8\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">sm\u00f8rrebr\u00f8d<\/span>. Mijn sprookjesfiguren lusten daar wel pap van. <span id=\":11.9\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">Nordisk<\/span> <span id=\":11.10\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">Mad<\/span>. In Scandinavi\u00eb is het de gewoonte een mooi schaal met broodjes of kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d te maken belegd met vissoorten, salades, groente en eventueel wat zoets. Voor de kleine of grote trek. Nu had ik in <span id=\":11.11\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">Gereons<\/span> Keuken Thuis nog twee zalmmoten liggen, nog wat cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche en wat dille. Perfect beleg voor kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d samen met wat geraspte venkel en sinaasappelstukjes. Vrolijk word je ervan. Warme zalm, frisse venkel en wat room. Kok <span id=\":11.12\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">Kn\u00f8bbig<\/span> zou het helemaal met mij eens zijn, maar dat is van een andere orde. We drinken er een lekker fris glas <span id=\":11.13\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">Carlsberg<\/span> bier bij.<\/p>\n<p>Nodig:<\/p>\n<p>2 zalmmoten met vel<\/p>\n<p>8 stuks <span id=\":11.14\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">Wasa<\/span> Kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d<\/p>\n<p>1 rode ui<\/p>\n<p>bekertje cr\u00e8me <span id=\":11.15\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">fra\u00eeche<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1\/2 venkel geraspt<\/p>\n<p>takjes dille<\/p>\n<p>1 sinaasappel<\/p>\n<p>peper en zout<\/p>\n<p>olie<\/p>\n<p>Bereiding:<\/p>\n<p>Besmeer de kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d met wat <span id=\":11.16\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">creme<\/span> <span id=\":11.17\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">fraiche<\/span>. Rasp de venkel en leg deze in een bakje met ijswater, dan wordt deze krokant. Snijd de rode ui in dunne ringen. Beleg het kn\u00e4ckebr\u00f6d met uitgelekte venkel en rode ui. Bak ondertussen de zalm aan in wat olie, tot deze gaar is. Let op dat de vis niet te gaar wordt. Snijd de zalm in dunne plakjes van de huid af en leg deze op de broodjes. Bestrooi met wat peper en zout.
