De dag, waarop je als kind een boon in de tulband vond. Dan mocht je de baas spelen, koning zijn. Voor \u00e9\u00e9n dag. Niet zoals in hedendaags taalgebruik, waar mensen dagelijks vele baas- en <span id=\":11.2\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">koningsmomenten<\/span> kennen. Mijn moeder was wel zo wijs twee bonen in de cake te stoppen ter voorkoming van een hok vol ruzie op deze januaridag.<\/p>\n<p>Driekoningen, mooie aanleiding om weer eens wat zoets op mijn blog te zetten. Geeft wat kleur aan het leven in al die suikerloze voornemens, die ik overal lees. Lekker iets zoets en <span id=\":11.3\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">pittigs<\/span> op deze wat koude dag. De zoete geur van <span id=\":11.4\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">karamel<\/span>, boter en vier verschillende specerijen. <span id=\":11.5\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">Tarte<\/span> <span id=\":11.6\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">tatin<\/span> van peer met vier specerijen. <span id=\":11.7\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">Quatre<\/span> <span id=\":11.8\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">\u00e9pices<\/span>, een mengsel van zwarte peper, nootmuskaat, gemberpoeder en gemalen kruidnagel. (in gelijke delen) Een <span id=\":11.9\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">melange<\/span>, die veel wordt gebruikt in Frankrijk en in het Midden Oosten. Laten die koningen nu uit dat laatste gebied komen. We drinken er een glas zoete <span id=\":11.11\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">PX<\/span> sherry bij en smullen maar. En vergeet de boon (of twee) niet.<\/p>\n<p>Nodig:<\/p>\n<p>4 \u00e0 5 vellen bladerdeeg<\/p>\n<p>4 handperen<\/p>\n<p>60 g boter en een beetje om in te vetten<\/p>\n<p>150 g rietsuiker<\/p>\n<p>1 vanille peul<\/p>\n<p>1 tl <span id=\":11.12\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">quatre<\/span> <span id=\":11.13\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">\u00e9pices<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1 droge bruine boon<\/p>\n<p>1 tl zout<\/p>\n<p>Bereiding:<\/p>\n<p>Schil de peren en snijdt deze in dunne plakjes. \u00a0Verhit de suiker samen met het <span id=\":11.14\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">vanillemerg<\/span>, een tl zout en de <span id=\":11.15\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">quatre<\/span> <span id=\":11.16\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">\u00e9pices<\/span> in een pan en laat zachtjes ka<span id=\":11.17\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">ramelliseren<\/span>. Giet de <span id=\":11.18\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">karamel<\/span> in een beboterde ovenschaal. Leg de stukken peer in <span id=\":11.19\" class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\" tabindex=\"-1\">waaiervorm<\/span> in de schaal. Leg kleine stukjes boter tussen de perenstukjes. En \u00e9\u00e9n boon! Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden. Rol de plakken bladerdeeg iets uit en bedek de ovenschaal hiermee. Druk goed aan op de rand van de schaal. Prik wat gaatjes in het deeg. Bak het geheel af in 35 minuten.
