De oogst is heel goed dit jaar, zoveel peren aan de boom en natuurlijk eronder. En de Russische boycot hielp ook een handje \u00a0Tijd dus om te plukken, op te rapen en er iets mee te maken. Dat vind ik, maar ook de blauwe grootgrutter, die een stoofperenpakket aanbiedt. Met bessensap. Dat kan anders vindt Gereons Keuken Thuis. En aangezien het wijnseizoen in de Beaujolais is gestart, een mooie oogst dit jaar, koken we de peren in Beaujolais.\u00a0Een klassiek \u00a0recept uit mijn kook- en leesboek <strong>Gereons Keuken Thuis<\/strong>. (nog te verkrijgen als E book)\u00a0Ik geef er geen wijnadvies bij, want de wijn zit\u00a0immers\u00a0al in de siroop.Schenk gewoon een glaasje beaujolais in tijdens de bereiding<\/p>\n<p>Nodig<\/p>\n<p>15 handperen<\/p>\n<p>100 g bruine suiker<\/p>\n<p>fles Beaujolais<\/p>\n<p>2 tl\u00a0rommelkruid of 5 kruidnagels<\/p>\n<p>Bereiding<\/p>\n<p>Schil de peren en snijd ze in stukken. Doe de peren\u00a0in een pan en breng aan de kook met wijn,suiker en rommelkruid (of kruidnagels) Peren hebben een korte kooktijd. Indien mooi gekleurd, haal ze uit de pan en kook al roerend het kookvocht in totdat er een mooie siroop ontstaat. Doe de peren terug bij de siroop en laat afkoelen.<\/p>\n<p>Eenmaal afgekoeld smaken deze peren heerlijk bij een stuk gorgonzola.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Er is een overvloed aan peren.
