Ik blijf het altijd een fascinerend landschap vinden, als je dat zo mag noemen. \u00a0Een kade met alleen visbedrijven en trawlers. Deze schepen brengen vanaf de Noordzee hun vangsten binnen. Stoer en zwaar werk. Ik herinner nog steeds mijn eerste keer op de visafslag tijdens een schoolreisje naar IJmuiden. Ik was 10 jaar en je mocht zomaar grote vissen optillen. Op de pier \u00a0vissen particulieren. Deze mannen vangen met hun hengels makrelen en wijting. Deze vissen zullen wel thuis in de pan verdwijnen denk ik dan. In Nederland eten we niet zoveel gegrilde makreel. terwijl deze wat vette vis een heerlijk barbecue gerecht is. Vandaag een receptje voor geroosterde makreel met mosterd en Proven\u00e7aalse kruiden.<br \/>\nDe wijn die we erbij drinken is de Muscadet prestige van Domaine Guindon. Deze witte knisperende wijn uit West Frankrijk vormt een mooi tegenwicht voor de makreel.<\/p>\n<p>Nodig 4 personen:<\/p>\n<p>4 schoongemaakte makrelen<br \/>\n2 el Dijon mosterd<br \/>\n2 el Proven\u00e7aalse kruiden<br \/>\npaneermeel<br \/>\nolijfolie<br \/>\npeper en zout<br \/>\ngehakte peterselie<\/p>\n<p>Bereiding:<\/p>\n<p>Was de makrelen en dep ze droog. Wrijf de makrelen van binnen in met peper en zout. Smeer de vissen in met mosterd en bestrooi met Proven\u00e7aalse kruiden. Voeg wat paneermeel toe. Besprenkel de vis met wat olijfolie en leg op hete grill plaat of barbecue. Rooster de makrelen in 7 minuten per kant.
