Dat is wat mijn opa (97 jaar) in een restaurant als antwoord gaf op de vraag of het hem gesmaakt had. En oma kon inderdaad lekker koken.<\/b><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"post-body-1069036738221834192\" class=\"post-body entry-content\" style=\"color: #000000;\">\n<p class=\"separator\" style=\"color: #3b3b3b;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Dit is een opmerking van de blog van Johanneke de Roon, de volgende inzender voor mijn al fresco actie. Ik leerde Johanneke kennen op de presentatie van het kookboek van\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thuisafgehaald.nl\/\">www.thuisafgehaald.nl<\/a>\u00a0in Utrecht. zij was daar op haar plaats van thuis koken is voor haar een grote passie. De warmte van het nest, samen aan tafel. Maar dat is niet alles. Johanneke bakt en kookt ook met passie voor haar grootouders. Dan neemt ze wat mee voor hun. Ook de buren van Johanneke boffen. Zij komen met regelmaat de lekkere verse gerechten ophalen bij haar. Tijdens \u00a0het haringevenemmnt van 11 juni jl beloofde ze iets in te zenden voor Gereons Keuken al fresco. Het werd een zomerse mangosalade met garnalen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"separator\" style=\"color: #3b3b3b;\">Johanneke zegt hierover:<\/p>\n<p class=\"separator\" style=\"color: #3b3b3b;\"><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">&#8220;Voor deze salade hoeft het voor mij geen superzomers weer te zijn. Het is wel mooi meegenomen dat het dat nu wel is. Maar knapperige tauge, zoete mango, een pittig-zoet-zure dressing en een paar garnalen, dat gaat altijd wel naar binnen.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Deze salade is ook gemakkelijk op een camping, als je de garnalen op de skottelbraai klaarmaakt.&#8221;\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"separator\" style=\"color: #3b3b3b;\">Het lijkt mij een goed idee om bij deze salade een mollig glas witte viognier van G\u00e9rard Bertrand te drinken. Boen de limoen schoon en rasp de groene schil er fijn af. Pers de limoen uit. Meng het pepertje, limoensap en -rasp, palmsuiker, sesamolie en vissaus tot een dressing. Proef of de balans goed is, pas anders naar smaak aan.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">Marineer de garnalen 30 minuten in 1\/3 van de dressing. S<\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit;\">nij de mango in blokjes. Overgiet de tauge met kokend water en spoel direct na met kokend water. Halveer de komkommer over de lengte en snijd elke helft in schuine plakjes. Was de paprika, verwijder de zaadlijsten, snijd in kwarten en dan in dunne reepjes. Hak de koriander fijn.\u00a0<\/span>Meng alle saladeingredi\u00ebnten (behalve de garnalen) met de rest van de dressing en verdeel over 2 borden. Verhit een wok tot heet, doe de olie erin en bak de garnalen, terwijl je ze omschept, in een paar minuten gaar.
