Op mijn oproep al drie reacties en dat schept de verbintenis er gewag aan te geven. (Ik had jurist moeten worden)\u00a0<span class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\">Haftung<\/span>\u00a0of uitvoer dus van de ingezonden recepten en tips. De eerste al fresco tip is van\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.italiaanskokenmetantoinette.nl\/\">http:\/\/www.<span class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\">italiaanskokenmetantoinette<\/span>.<span class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\">nl<\/span>\/<\/a>\u00a0 Antoinette, de Italiaanse kookdiva uit Verona, stelde mij voor om eens polenta te koken en deze buiten te grillen. Goed te doen op een elektrisch pitje en grill. Ik heb een beetje gesmokkeld. De avond tevoren snel een pak polenta gekookt en af laten koelen in de ijskast. Want, een andere tip, die ik kreeg was om de polenta niet warm te grillen. Ik zag het al helemaal voor de zachte mais emulsie die zo door het rooster zakt. Antoinette serveert de polenta met kaas en vleeswaren. Ik neem aan als\u00a0<span class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\">antipasto<\/span>. In\u00a0<span class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\">Gereons<\/span>\u00a0Keuken Thuis is de polenta vanaf nu benoemd tot zomers\u00a0<span class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\">BBQ<\/span>\u00a0begeleider. We aten de geroosterde plakken dag \u00e9\u00e9n met gegrilde kalkoen, gegrilde courgette en rode\u00a0<span class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\">pestomayonaise<\/span>. Dag twee deden we het dunnetjes over met gegrilde en gemarineerde steak en een Griekse salade. Wederom met een\u00a0<span class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\">pestomayo<\/span>, nu groen van kleur. We dronken er dag \u00e9\u00e9n een heerlijke witte frisse Beaujolais bij en op dag twee een rode Barbera uit\u00a0<span class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\">Asti<\/span>. Een mooi polenta recept vind je op\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.italiaanskokenmetantoinette.nl\/2011\/09\/polenta_15.html\">http:\/\/www.<span class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\">italiaanskokenmetantoinette<\/span>.<span class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\">nl<\/span>\/2011\/09\/polenta_15.html<\/a>\u00a0 Wonend in het hart van Polenta land kan Antoinette je alles leren over hete brij. Ik maakte het met polenta\u00a0<span class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\">rapido van Marqt<\/span>. Het is easy en de vriezer zit nu vol met polenta. Het wordt een mooie zomer.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">Nodig:<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">1 pak voorgekookt maismeel, polenta\u00a0<span class=\"goog-spellcheck-word\">rapido<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">2 liter heet water of bouillon<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">1 klont roomboter<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">1 el zout<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">Bereiding:<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #000000;\">Breng het water aan de kook en voeg 1 el zout toe. Voeg het pak maismeel toe en roer tot een stevige brij ontstaat. (2 minuten zegt het pak, in werkelijkheid langer) Blijf roeren om klontjes te voorkomen. Voeg als laatste een flinke klont boter toe \u00a0en geit het geheel in een vorm. Laats stollen in de ijskast.
