Het is oostenwind en eb. En man loopt met zijn fiets het strand op en trekt zijn lieslaarzen aan. Achter zich aan sleept hij een net. Dan weet je direct waar het deze visser om te doen is. De grijze Noordzeegarnaal. Klein maar fijn. Vol smaak. Nostalgie op vakantie als kind in Knokke, mandjes gekookte garnalen in de restaurants aan de de dijk.<br \/>\nMaar ik dwaal af. Op de donderdag vlak voor Pasen stond er in\u00a0Gereons Keuken Thuis\u00a0een grote, doch koude witte doos te glimmen. Delivery van\u00a0Kroon op het Werk. Een feestelijke foodybox , met kruiden van Simply Spices., een stuk varkensentrec\u00f4te, ambachtelijke mosterd van Ton, olijven van Jonnie Boer en Kesbeke en twee bakken Noordzee garnalen, gepeld en ongepeld. Van het\u00a0Nederlands Visbureau. Ik wilde meteen aan de slag, pellen die garnalen, een dragonmayonaise maken, een beetje limoen en op toast. Een broodje, zoals je in Belgi\u00eb ziet vol garnalen en een beetje saus erop. Voor flanerende dames op de dijk van Knokke. \u00a0Dat werd het; een toast met Noordzeegarnaal &#8220;Le Zoute&#8221;, voor op het strand. We drinken er een witte pinot gris uit de Elzas bij. Instant voorjaarsgevoel.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-uiRP_Lsfl6U\/U14VQ42K2QI\/AAAAAAAABfg\/4jJjHEos1GM\/s1600\/001.JPG\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-uiRP_Lsfl6U\/U14VQ42K2QI\/AAAAAAAABfg\/4jJjHEos1GM\/s1600\/001.JPG?resize=320%2C302\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\" height=\"302\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Nodig 4 personen:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">4 sneden casinobrood<br \/>\n300 gepelde garnalen<br \/>\n3 el mayonaise (Lesieur)<br \/>\n1 el cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<br \/>\n2 tl dragon<br \/>\nsap van 1\/2 limoen<br \/>\nwaterkers<br \/>\npeper en zout<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Bereiding:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Snijd de korsten van het witbrood en rooster ze in een koekenpan met een drupje olijfolie aan beide zijden. meng de mayonaise, cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, dragon, limoensap en wat zwarte peper tot een gladde saus. Pel de garnalen.<br \/>\nLeg op elk sneetje wat waterkers en schep er voldoende garnalen op.
